Are you present? Is it difficult to trust others? How can you deepen your relationship with your loved ones? Do you find yourself falling into the same relational patterns, and can’t seem to change them? These are just a few conversations we explore from the healing space of therapy. I’m trained to support you to identify unhelpful patterns of how you feel, think, and show up in life as well as learn practical ways to show up differently in your life.
This method of therapy is great if you want to understand yourself better, dig deeper into your past so you can move forward, gain confidence and inner peace, and generally want to become the best version of yourself.
This is a collaborative process and looks different for everyone. You will control the pace - we won’t go anywhere that you’re not ready for. I invite you to show up curious and open. You will be surprised what you are capable of.

You don’t have to wait to get to the end of a difficult relationship before you start learning how to have a healthy one with a loved one. My clients often find that working through their challenges with any loved one in a safe and therapeutic environment helps them engage in meaningful conversations that support change in the relationship as well as discover new possibilities moving forward.
Improve communication, especially around conflict. Hear and understand each other better. Deepen intimacy and sexual desire. Explore attachment issues. Create a better relationship. Relieve stress and anxiety. Let go of resentments. Find resolution around jealousy, infidelity, or trust issues. Parenting support. Decide if this relationship is something you want.

Families often seek therapy when they have tried everything they know to resolve challenges and continue to see no change. Does your family feel that your communication often ends up with frequent misunderstandings? Why do seemingly little things trigger very angry responses? Family therapy offers an opportunity to engage in these conversations effectively for the purpose of promoting healthy interactions and deeper family connection. If not every family member is open to participating in family therapy, we always welcome to work with whoever is willing to join the therapy session. Family therapy can a powerful experience that can lead to deeper and quicker change in the relationship dynamic.
